Description
The ‘Piece’ teapot has been handmade by Japanese ceramic artist Atsushi Kitahara and is inspired by angular shapes found in jewellery design. This piece consists of a contemporary shape cast by hand in a beautiful white porcelain. The exterior of this teapot has a glazed or matte exterior depending on your preference.
After casting the form thinly using porcelain, each component, including the lid, handle and spout, are all connected separately. Once fired in the kiln the pure whiteness shine through and make each teapot unique. A contemporary but functional form that’s sure to look stunning in any interior space.
Please note:Â These pieces are handmade and feature small markings from the making process. Each one is totally unique. Shipped from the maker’s studio in Germany. If out of stock approximate lead time is 4-8 weeks.
